In the event that Inspired Expressions obtains reduced government filing fees as a result of the additional time and labor required for electronic filing with the U.S. Copyright Office the difference in the filing fees collected shall be considered earned by Inspired Expressions and shall be included in the Inspired Expressions service fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Inspired Expressions guarantees your satisfaction with our services. In the event that you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction by either correcting the situation or by providing a refund.

All refund requests must be made within sixty (60) days of purchase. Any funds already applied toward government filing fees are nonrefundable. Once a copyright application has been prepared by us, failing to submit any material being registered for copyright entitles you only to a refund of any government filing fees paid but not yet submitted to the U.S. Copyright Office.

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. The U.S. Copyright Office may reject an application for legal reasons beyond the scope of the Inspired Expressions services. Inspired Expressions makes no guarantees or warranties that any copyright application prepared by us will be satisfactory to the U.S. Copyright Office or that a Certificate of Registration shall be issued.
